'The public test build for mid chapter patch 3.7.0 is live and a sharp eyed player noticed that William \"Bill\" Overbeck got a face rework in the PTB. I went back into the PTB to get a good look at the changes. Certainly they would have needed permission from Valve/Steam the creators/owners of Bill from the Left 4 Dead franchise. Assuming they did get permission, what else did they get permission for? Does this mean that we might see more cosmetics for Bill in the future? What do you think of the new look for Bill?
